Child Policy:

1. Infant (0-2): Free of charge when staying in parents’ room.
2. Child (2-11):
   1. 65% of the adult price when sharing a room with 2 full-paying passengers and an extra bed.
   2. 50% of the adult price when sharing a room with 2 full-paying passengers without a bed.
3. Maximum of 2 paying adults and 1 child allowed per double/twin room.
4. Note: Only children over the age of 2 years are considered in calculating the overall group size for pricing.

Booking Information:

• Bookings of less than 10 rooms will not be treated as a group by any hotel, and separate rates will be provided if group numbers decrease.
• Triple rooms and family rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Rooming Lists & Group Confirmations/Release:

1. The agent must provide a preliminary rooming list 31 days before arrival.
2. The agent is responsible for notifying about room releases or additional room requirements at least 14 days before arrival.
3. If a group does not travel, the agent must inform us at least 31 days prior to avoid full cancellation charges from hotels.

Driving Hours:

1. Touring coaches are available daily for services specified in the itinerary, with a limit of 12 hours per day.
2. The driver may drive a maximum of 9 hours within the total 12 hours and must take a 45-minute break after a 4.5-hour drive.
3. If the group starts using the coach at 8:00 am, they must return to the hotel by 8:00 pm.
4. Drivers must have a mandatory minimum of 12 consecutive hours of rest overnight.
5. The driver cannot commence driving again until the same time the following day.
6. Drivers are not allowed to work for more than 12 duty hours per day for a tour in France.

Additional Requirement:

1. It is mandatory to pay €2.00 per person per day as tips to the driver.
